George T. Freeman began his legal career after graduating from the University of Washington with an undergraduate degree in Accounting. He began doing value cash-flow analysis, pension evaluations and other accounting calculations for attorneys. After a while, many of the attorneys that Mr. Freeman was associated with told him that he should cross-train from accounting into law, as it occurred to them he had a knack for it.
After working as a paralegal for approximately 10 years, Mr. Freeman began the Washington State Bar Association's Law Clerk program, which allows individuals to clerk to the bar as opposed to attending law school. Mr. Freeman was able to raise his family and continue his studies working for a variety of attorneys in many different law firms, giving him a very broad knowledge of many areas of law. His first loves are personal injury and criminal defense, and he also enjoys doing family law as an avenue to work through difficult times.
Mr. Freeman has won felony cases, and been involved in personal injury cases that have settled and/or come to verdicts for over $1,000,000. In his family law cases, he has helped many men and women through the difficult time of divorce by choosing the best results possible.
In his spare time Mr. Freeman is a member of the National Ski Patrol, and enjoys golf, scuba diving, fishing and playing with his frisbee dogs Babe and Rickey. If you're interested in the frisbee dogs, click on the above link for Babe and you can see pictures of her and Rickey and the awards they've won in Washington State and around the country/continent.
